HMS Scrap Prices
It is expected the prices of HMS Scrap will go up in the
coming days. The demand of HMS Scrap is increasing from Turkey, India and
China.
The new price quotes were for HMS 80:20 to China for US$ 500/MT CNF and
for Taiwan for US$ 505/MT CNF.
With the lift on the restriction on the power in
Asia, possibilities are more to increase in purchase of HMS Scrap which can
again increase the demand along with price.
In Japan the local ferrous scrap was quoted between JPY
33,000 to 35,000 per ton. The Prices has almost gone up by JPY 1000 per ton.
